Refund & Return
1) Return window & eligibility

Timing: Most brand-new, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the order date.

Condition: Keep items unused when reasonably possible and include manuals, hoses/cables, mounting hardware, and any bundled accessories or bonuses.

Proof: An order number or receipt is required.
2) Items that can’t come back

Installed/opened consumables (e.g., water filters) unless defective on arrival.

Products damaged by misuse, improper installation, or missing major parts.

Any shipment sent back without written authorization.
3) Who covers return freight?

Change of mind / ordered wrong item: Customer pays return shipping.

Our mistake or DOA on arrival: We cover reasonable return costs once verified.
4) Start a return (two-minute email)
Email info@jessupsappliances.us with your Order #, item(s), and a short reason. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if needed, an RMA and the correct return address.
Please don’t ship items without authorization—unidentified parcels may be refused.
5) Exchanges
Need a different model or size? Request an exchange within the 60-day window (subject to stock). Sometimes the fastest path is return + new order—we’ll advise.
6) Refund timing
After your return is delivered, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go to your original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post within 3–7 business days after we process them.
7) Shipment hiccups (damaged / missing / incorrect)
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos (if damaged) and your order number—we’ll make it right.
8) Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (our non-recoverable payment costs). If it’s already shipped, use the return steps above.
