1) Agreement

By using JESSUP’S MAJOR APPLIANCE CENTERS or purchasing our products (the “Services”), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Services.

2) Accounts & eligibility

You must be 18+ (or age of majority where you live). Keep your login secure—you’re responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

3) Orders, pricing & payment

You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for product totals, taxes, and shipping. We may limit or cancel orders for availability, suspected fraud/abuse, or clear errors; cancelled orders are refunded promptly. If an unmistakable pricing/content error appears, we may cancel and refund or ask for your direction.

4) Shipping, title & risk

See the Shipping Policy for timelines and options. Title and risk of loss transfer to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier. Use a secure delivery address.

5) Returns & refunds

Managed under the Refund & Return Policy above.

6) Reviews & user submissions

If you submit reviews, photos, or Q&A, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display that content in connection with the Services. Don’t post unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.

7) Acceptable use

No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.

8) Intellectual property

Except for user content, site materials are owned by JESSUP'S MAJOR APPLIANCE CENTERS, INC. or our licensors and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9) Disclaimers

Except as required by law or expressly stated, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim other warranties, express or implied (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

10) Liability cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JESSUP'S MAJOR APPLIANCE CENTERS, INC. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

12) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates take effect constitutes acceptance.

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Sarasota County, Florida.
